Welcome to our Guest House, where rustic charm meets modern elegance. Once an ancient farmhouse in the Marche region, our structure has been lovingly renovated, preserving its architectural authenticity and enriching it with quality materials. Every stone, beam and tile tells the story of a rural past, now transformed into a relaxing retreat for our guests. Immersed in the tranquility of uncontaminated nature, the Guest House offers a unique stay experience.
Respect for the environment
Traveling sustainably means taking trips with the desire to respect the places we visit, reduce our environmental impact to a minimum, and at the same time protect the cultural, economic and social aspects of the territory that welcomes us, putting the local community at the centre. In our structure ECO-SUSTAINABILITY is fundamental:
- Most of the food and wine products present in the structure are from local zero kilometer producers. All the lights in the structure are powered by LED bulbs. All the windows are double glazed. Our structure uses 80% electricity deriving from renewable sources thanks in the presence of solar panels Rainwater collection tank for garden In our structure we provide for the separate collection of waste in full compliance with the regulations. In this regard, guests are invited to pay attention to waste related in particular to lights and air conditioners left turned on in their absence.
